    • Momentum exchangers serve in general to accelerate fluids, in particular gases, a main gas being accelerated or compressed by means of a motive gas, also known as a feed gas. The invention relates to a momentum exchanger (8) for a gas supply arrangement (6) of a fuel cell system (1), in particular for a recirculation branch (7) of the fuel cell system (1), for accelerating and/or increasing the pressure of a main gas stream by means of an auxiliary gas stream, having a main gas nozzle (10), which is designed and/or arranged to be flowed through by the main gas stream, having at least one auxiliary gas nozzle (13), which is designed and/or arranged to be flowed through by the auxiliary gas stream, the main gas nozzle (10) and the at least one auxiliary gas nozzle (13) leading into a common acceleration chamber (12), such that, in operation, a momentum transfer takes place from the auxiliary gas to the main gas, and the at least one auxiliary gas nozzle (13) extending parallel and/or substantially parallel to the wall of the main gas nozzle (12) in an outlet area upstream of the acceleration chamber (12) in the direction of flow (9), the at least one auxiliary gas nozzle (13) extending only in sections in the circumferential direction around the main gas nozzle (10).
