摘要： A cloud-based system and method for managing vehicle sharing services is disclosed. The cloud-based system in wireless communication with a plurality of vehicles for sharing and a plurality of subscribers, each in possession of a wireless device, has a cloud platform having a plurality of servers, thereby creating a network, enabling the plurality of subscribers to request information on a predetermined set of conditions of each of the plurality of vehicles for sharing when the plurality of wireless devices are within a predetermined proximity to the plurality of vehicles for sharing. The method for managing vehicle sharing services disclosed herein enables multiple subscribers to make a selection of vehicles for sharing based upon multiple vehicles that are shortlisted according to subscriber's requirements. Subscribers may enter and access vehicles for sharing upon an identification and authentication process.

摘要： A method for saving power of a radio frequency (RF) system is provided herein. The method includes the steps of supplying a RF transmitter of the RF system configured for sending a RF transmission at a first transmission power level and supplying a RF receiver in communication with a controller of the RF system, the RF receiver configured for receiving the RF transmission from the RF transmitter. The controller comprises a control algorithm to adjust the transmission power level of the RF transmitter based upon a status of a data frame to be received by the RF receiver. A RF system using the aforesaid method is also provided.

摘要： A predictive scent control system and method thereof for dispersing a scent into a passenger compartment of an automotive based upon a feedback system having a decision unit and a set of predefined users' settings. Dispersion of scent or fragrance into the passenger compartment may be based upon prediction user behavioural profile. User behavioural profile may include an average based upon timing of access to vehicle, an average based upon frequency of selection of predefined user settings, and an ambience of the passenger compartment. In another embodiment, the predictive scent control system may be configurable to disperse a pungent scent in the event of unauthorised access to the vehicle. The predictive control system is applicable to vehicles for multiple users or car-sharing.
