摘要： Techniques are described for extending a cellular quality of service bearer through an enterprise fabric network, In one example, a method obtaining, by a first switch of a network, a packet to be delivered to a client connected to the network via a cellular access point; identifying quality of service (QoS) bearer information associated with the packet, wherein the QoS bearer information is associated with a radio access bearer for the client and the QoS bearer information comprises a bearer indicator and a QoS class identifier; providing a fabric tunnel encapsulation for the packet, wherein the bearer indicator and the QoS class identifier are included within the fabric tunnel encapsulation of the packet; and forwarding the packet within the fabric tunnel encapsulation toward a second switch of the network via a fabric tunnel, wherein the cellular access point is connected to the network via the second switch.

More specifically, the present invention relates to methods and apparatus for providing confidentiality for Fibre Channel control messages encapsulated within Common Transport Information Units. Control messages transported with the Fibre Channel Common Transport protocol, and passed between Fibre Channel network entities, can be encrypted providing confidentiality combined with data origin authentication, integrity and anti-replay protection provided by existing Fibre Channel security mechanisms.

摘要： Low latency wireless communications may be provided. A client device may be authorized for a first association in response to the client device making a first concurrent association request that may include a first Media Access Control (MAC) address. In response to authorizing the client device for the first association, an Endpoint Identifier (EID) associated with the client device may be registered with a first Routing Locator (RLOC) in a map server, the first RLOC being associated with the first MAC address. The client device may then be authorized for a second association in response to the client device making a second concurrent association request that includes a second MAC address. In response to authorizing the client device for the second association, the EID associated with the client device may be registered with a second RLOC in the map server, the second RLOC being associated with the second MAC address.

摘要： Techniques for memory compartmentalization for trusted execution of a virtual machine (VM) on a multi-core processing architecture are described. Memory compartmentalization may be achieved by encrypting layer 3 (L3) cache lines using a key under the control of a given VM within the trust boundaries of the processing core on which that VMs is executed. Further, embodiments described herein provide an efficient method for storing and processing encryption related metadata associated with each encrypt/decrypt operation performed for the L3 cache lines.

摘要： High-level network policies that represent a virtual private network (VPN) as a high-level policy model are received. The VPN is to provide secure connectivity between connection sites of the VPN based on the high-level network policies. The high-level network policies are translated into low-level device configuration information represented in a network overlay and used for configuring a network underlay that provides the connections sites to the VPN. The network underlay is configured with the device configuration information so that the network underlay implements the VPN in accordance with the high-level policies. It is determined whether the network underlay is operating to direct traffic flows between the connection sites in compliance with the high-level network policies. If it is determined that the network underlay is not operating in compliance, the network underlay is reconfigured with new low-level device configuration information so that the network underlay operates in compliance.

摘要： Methods and apparatus for performing encryption for data at rest at a port of a network device such as a switch are disclosed. Specifically, when data is received from a host during a write to a storage medium such as a disk, the data is encrypted by the port prior to transmitting the encrypted data to the storage medium. Similarly, when a host attempts to read data from the storage medium, the port of the network device receives the encrypted data from the storage medium, decrypts the data, and transmits the decrypted data to the host. In this manner, encryption and decryption of data at rest are supported by the port of the network device.
