    • This invention relates to a construction machine which can reduce dust entering a filter which is attached an external air introduction port of an air conditioner. Outline of the Invention With reference to Fig.1, the construction machine comprises a cab (12) which has an air conditioner (18) and an equipment room (14) which is disposed behind the cab (12). An external air introduction port (34a) which is attached a filter (38) is formed on a left side wall (34) of the cab (12). A cover member (40) which covering the external air introduction port (34a) is disposed on a left side wall (34) of the cab (12). The cover member (40) defines the air introduction passage which is extending from an inlet communicating with the equipment room (14) to an outlet facing the external air introduction port (34a). External air is introduced to the air conditioner (18) from the equipment room (14) through the air introduction passage and the filter (38).

    • This invention relates to an air conditioner for a construction machine which can ensure the required durability of a supply line and a discharge line, and which can be reduced manufacturing costs. With reference to Fig.1, the air conditioner has the following features: An Expansion valve (48) is disposed at a higher position than the upper surface of a floor plate (30) of a cab (24). The expansion valve (48) is connected to an outer device of the air conditioner by a supply line (52) and a discharge line (54). The supply line (52) and the discharge line (54) extend along the bottom surface of the floor plate (30), and are bent upward at the passage (30a) which is formed in the floor plate (30). The supply line (52) and the discharge line (54) are fixed by a p-clip (56) disposed in proximity to the passage (30a).

    • Provided is a valve device being of abolishing an expensive block joint when a plurality of piping lines are installed in one of piping line connecting faces of a valve body. A plurality of coolant piping lines (17c, 17f) is connected to one of piping line connecting faces (15c) of a valve body (15b) via a plurality of flange members (21, 22). The flange member (21) includes a recess (24) which is notched toward a piping line insertion hole (23) into which a coolant piping line (17c) is inserted; a projection (25) which is projected from the recess (24); and a screw insertion hole (26) which is arranged on the projection (25). Another flange member (22) includes a piping line insertion hole (27) into which a coolant piping line (17f) is inserted; a recess (28) which is notched toward the piping line insertion hole (27); a projection (29) which is projected from the recess (28); and a screw insertion hole (30) which is arranged on the recess (29). The recess (24) and the projection (29) are combined with each other and the projection (25) and the recess (28) are combined with each other, thereby making the screw insertion holes (26, 30) a continuous screw insertion hole. One fixing screw (38) is inserted into the continuous screw insertion hole so as to fix the flange members (21, 22).
