In one example, a method may include receiving, at a first mobile device, data capture configuration information from a wireless network. Thereafter, in response to detecting a group communication between the first mobile device and the target mobile device, a data element is stored in a local memory of the first mobile device. The data element includes information from the group communication between the first mobile device and the target mobile device. The data element is sent to the wireless network.
