摘要： The present invention provides a cured silicone adhesive composition, the cured silicone adhesive composition, comprising a chemically cross-linked reaction product of the following reaction components: an optional vinylfunctional siloxane having a vinyl functionality of 2 or more and diphenylsiloxane units; a siloxane gum comprising diphenyl siloxane groups, and vinylalkyl siloxane groups; an effective amount of a tackifier; wherein the total weight percentage of diphenylsiloxane units is 6%to 11%, according to theformula-Si (Ph) 2-O-, based on the total weight of the cured silicone adhesive composition, the cured silicone adhesive composition has a tan delta of at most 0.9 for a temperature equal to 200℃, and the cured silicone adhesive composition has a tan delta of at least 0.27 in a temperature range from 25℃ to 200℃, as measured by a rheo logical curve. Dampmg films comprising sueh cured silicone adhesive are provided. Microspeaker diaphragm materials comprising such damping films are also provided. Manufacturing methods of damping filins are also provided.

摘要： Provided in the present invention is an adhesive tape, including: a base film, having a coefficient of thermal expansion within a range of 4.5 to 15 ppm/°C; and an adhesive layer, including polyether ether ketone having a crystallinity equal to or less than 10% and an elastic modulus between 10 and 100 MPa at 150-300°C. The diaphragm for a microspeaker according to the technical solution of the present invention is easy to be prepared by thermoforming, and has appropriate modulus, good strength, elasticity, and thermal stability.

The electromagnetic shielding film is attached to the electronic component of a system-in-package module by means of a 3D formation process, and has good electromagnetic shielding performance. The circuit board to which the 3D formed electromagnetic shielding film is attached is suitable for a wave soldering process or a reflow soldering process in a subsequent manufacturing procedure, and the reflow soldering process does not cause any damage to the electromagnetic shielding film.

摘要： Disclosed is a damping adhesive film for screen sounding technology, the damping adhesive film comprising: a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a second pressure- sensitive adhesive layer; and a damping layer disposed between the first and second pressure-sensitive adhesive layers. The first and second pressure-sensitive adhesive layers each independently comprise an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, an organosilicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, or any combination thereof. The damping layer comprises an α-olefin polymer or a blend thereof, wherein the glass transition temperature of the α-olefin polymer or the blend thereof is from −30°C to 50°C, the thickness of the damping layer is from 10 µm to 500 µm, and the storage modulus of the damping layer under the condition of 25°C is from 1 × 105 Pa to 1 × 107 Pa. Further disclosed is an electronic device comprising such a damping adhesive film, especially an electronic device adopting screen sounding technology. The damping adhesive film provided by the present invention has a specific structure and composition, and is capable of generating high damping for a specific frequency, and maintaining the loudness of screen sounding while smoothening a frequency response curve.
