摘要： Presently described are components of a spray application system. At least one component comprises a liquid repellent surface layer. The liquid repellent surface (e.g. layer) comprises a siloxane material. The component is typically a liquid reservoir, a liquid reservoir liner, a lid for a liquid reservoir or liner, or a combination thereof. In some embodiments, the component comprises a thermoplastic polymeric material. In some favored embodiments, the component is a removable liquid reservoir or liner. In some favored embodiments, the component is a collapsible liquid reservoir or liner. The spray application system typically further comprises a gravity-fed spray gun. Also described are spray application systems, methods of using a spray application system, as well as methods of making a component of a spray application system wherein the component has a liquid repellent surface.

摘要： The present disclosure generally relates to adhesive compositions and articles including at least one of polydiorganosiloxane polyoxamide copolymer, silicone polyurea block copolymer, and/or an addition cure silicone, a silicate tackifying resin, and inorganic particle filler. The filler is typically fumed silica. Some embodiments of the adhesive composition include at least one of a polydiorganosiloxane polyoxamide copolymer, a silicate tackifying resin in an amount of between about 10 wt% and about 70 wt%, and inorganic particle filler in between about 0.1 wt% and about 20 wt%; a silicone polyurea block copolymer, a silicate tackifying resin in an amount of between about 10 wt% and about 70 wt%, and inorganic particle filler in an amount between about 0.1 wt% and about 20 wt%; and an addition cure silicone, a silicate tackifying resin in an amount of between about 10 wt% and about 70 wt%, and inorganic particle filler in an amount between about 0.1 wt% and about 20 wt%.

摘要： A method of making an adhesive article comprises three steps. First, a backing is provided having first and second opposed major surfaces with respective first and second, silicone release layers disposed thereon. The second silicone release layer comprises an at least partially crosslinked silicone and from 5 to 20 percent by weight of inert flowable silicone. The inert flowable silicone has a number average molecular weight between 1000 grams/mole and 100,000 grams/mole. Second, an adhesive layer is disposed onto the first silicone release layer. Third, at least the adhesive layer is exposed to E-beam radiation within a process chamber thereby providing a crosslinked adhesive layer. The process chamber contains oxygen. The second silicone release layer is exposed to the oxygen during crosslinking of the adhesive layer.
