    • The first and second inventions aim at providing fluorine-containing resin coating compositions which can form layers comprising fluororesins as the main component by a one- coat method in a thickness equivalent to that formed by a two-coat method and permit arbitrary formation of a top coat layer. The first invention relates to a fluorine-containing resin coating composition obtained by blending a meltable fluororesin having a mean particle diameter of 0.1 to 30 mu m with a polymeric material at a ratio of 35 : 65 to 95 : 5, while the second invention relates to a fluorine-containing resin coating composition obtained by blending a meltable fluororesin having a mean particle diameter of 1 to 30 mu m with a polymeric material which is either liquid at a temperature not higher than the melting-initiation temperature of the fluororesin or in a state dissolved in a solvent at a volume ratio of 35 : 65 to 95 : 5. The third invention aims at providing a primer for ETFE coating which attains stable close adhesion and is excellent in processability, and provides a primer for ETFE coating which comprises an ETFE having a mean particle diameter of 0.1 to 30 mu m, a heat-resistant resin, a dispersion medium, and a solvent for the heat-resistant resin, at a solid content ratio by mass of ETFE to the heat-resistant resin of 40 : 60 to 90 : 10.
