摘要： Device for control of warp threads (2) in a weaving machine for production of leno fabrics comprising on a batten (5) positioned reed (51) with gliders among which are fed pairs of warp threads (2), where one of which is a part of a stationary warp threads system (22) and the second is a part of a rotating warp threads system (21), while in the movement direction of the warp threads (2) during weaving is in front of the reed (51) positioned a guiding means (7) of rotating warp threads (21) coupled with an independent drive and a guiding means (4) of stationary warp threads (22) coupled with an independent drive, whose drive is separated from the drive of the guiding means (7) of stationary warp threads (22). The warp threads of the rotating warp threads system (22) are before entering the guiding means (7) of the rotating warp threads (21) deflected in the direction out of the stationary warp threads system (22) using a guide member (6) mounted in the frame of the machine.

摘要： A method of insertion of the weft thread into the shed of an air-operated jet loom in which to the main stream of air supplied to the beginning of the direct pick channel (10) of the swinging loom reed (1) are added at regular length intervals of the direct pick channel (10) ancillary air streams (22) oriented obliquely in the direction of the weft thread insertion into the open side (11) of the direct pick channel (10) through which they carry the weft thread. The ancillary air streams (22) are oriented toward the axis (4) of swinging of the loom reed (1) and comprise a vertical component (23) of force acting on the weft thread in the direction of the force of gravity, thus stabilising the affect ot the air stream on the weft thread due to the fact that the weft thread is fed exclusively (all way through) near the bottom of the direct pick channel (10). The device for carrying out the method comprises ancillary jets (14) and is so arranged that the plane ((tau)) passing through any of the outlet apertures (15, 151, 152, 152A, 152B) and the axis (4) of swinging of the loom reed (1) passes during the weft thread pick also through the open side (11) of the direct pick channel (10) of the loom reed (1).

摘要： The invention relates to a pneumatic weaving machine with a control mechanism for auxiliary nozzles (21) comprising a reed (3) connected by means of a batten mechanism with the main shaft (5) of the weaving machine and consisting of dents (10) fitted with teeth (17, 18) forming a direct guide channel (19) with open profile whose open section is oriented toward the beat-up section (13) with a plurality of auxiliary nozzles (21) connected to a source of compressed air and arranged, in the pick position of the reed (3), opposite, and in the beat-up position, outside, the open section of the direct guide channel (19). The auxiliary nozzles (21) are fixed on a rocking shaft (24) whose extremities are seated in rocking mechanisms (29, 30) mounted on the frame (1) of the weaving machine and coupled for motion with the main shaft (5) of the weaving machine.
