In a closed position, the first and second mutually cooperating clasp portions engage so as to retain the distal end of the first elongate portion and the distal end of the second elongate portion in mutual contact and thereby prevent return to the neutral position. The second unitary element has a coefficient of stiffness that causes the secondary unitary element to be biased towards the neutral position.

The prediction model is implemented to generate an output in dependence on the provided inputs, wherein the output of the model is representative of the coverage of the mobile telecommunications network at the identified location above ground.
