摘要： Un équipement de traitement de surface par zone d'un article, par décharge électrique à barrière diélectrique, en présence d'un mélange gazeux contrôlé non atmosphérique, qui comprend une électrode métallique creuse permettant la circulation en son sein du mélange gazeux et l'acheminement de ce mélange jusqu'à la zone de décharge, l'électrode étant découpée en éléments individuels aptes chacun à être pivoté autour d'un axe central pour assurer une distance suffisante entre l'élément considéré pivoté et la zone de l'article en regard de l'élément considéré pour que la décharge ne puisse pas s'y développer ; l'axe central de pivotement sert de canal de circulation du mélange gazeux au sein de l'électrode, et est muni d'orifices d'échappement du mélange gazeux vers la zone de décharge ; le pivotement d'un des éléments de l'électrode réalise le bouchage de l'orifice d'échappement qui lui est associé, le mélange gazeux ne pouvant s'échapper que par les orifices d'échappement des éléments non pivotés.

摘要： A fibrous structure notably for use in hygienic articles such as diapers, sanitary napkins, incontinence guards, wipes and the like, having one or several types of polar, silicon containing compounds bound to at least one portion of the surface of the fibrous structure by interaction between the surface and the silicon containing compounds, whereby the fibrous structure exhibits a predetermined degree of hydrophilicity and adhesion properties which are substantially unaffected by wetting of the fibrous structure. 摘要： The invention relates to equipment for area-based surface treatment of an article by electric dielectric barrier discharge in the presence of a non-atmospheric controlled gaseous mixture, comprising a hollow metal electrode enabling the gaseous mixture to circulate therewithin and the mixture to be transported to a discharge area, whereby said electrode is divided into individual elements which can each be pivoted about a central axis to ensure sufficient distance between the element which is considered as being pivoted and the area of the article opposite the element in question so that the discharge cannot develop; the central pivoting axis is used as a channel for the circulation of the gaseous mixture inside the electrode and is provided with openings enabling the gaseous mixture to be evacuated to the discharge area; pivoting one of the elements of the electrodes blocks up the evacuating opening associated therewith and the gaseous mixture can only be evacuated via the evacuating openings of non-pivoted elements.

摘要： Method for the production of trisilane from monosilane, by which gaseous monosilane is passed into a reactive area where it is subjected to an electric discharge produced by a high frequency current. The method is characterized in that a) the monosilane is used in the form of a mixture with at least one inert gas chosen from the group consisting of helium and argon; b) the pressure of the gaseous mixture in the reactive area is from 0.1 to 3 10 Pa, and c) the gaseous mixture is placed in contact, within the reactive area under the electric discharge, with a wall cooled to a temperature which must be over -120 DEG C and at most -90 DEG C, preferably in the range of 115 DEG C - 100 DEG C. The invention is for use, in particular, in the electronic industry.
