摘要： The present invention is directed to a system and methods of monitoring a child (118) seated in the rear seat (116) of a vehicle in a child's car seat (119) employing a video camera (107) which transmits a video signal to a video display receiver (120) placed in the driver's (121) frame of vision. The video camera (107) as envisioned herein is placed within a child's stuffed toy (100), the camera signal being transmitted remotely to a separate video display monitor screen device (120), viewable to the parent (121) driving the vehicle. The camera (107) is adjustable in the number of positions in which it is placed in the vehicle compartment as well as the direction in which the camera (107) is directed. To adjust the direction in which the camera (107) is pointed, the invention includes a bendable, flexible and sturdy neck (109) that interconnects the camera (107) to a transmission unit (110), which provides the driver (121) with a view of the child (129).
