In the present disclosure, the electric arc between the static contact portion and the movable contact portion may be lengthened and extinguished by the electromagnetic force generated by the permanent magnet. Thus, it may protect the static contact and the movable contact from being burned by the electric arc.

    • A magnetic system of an electromagnetic relay includes: a coil; an iron core passing through the coil and having a first end and a second end opposite to the first end; a yoke connected to the first end of the iron core; and an armature provided at the second end of the iron core. The yoke comprises a first part and a second part connected to the first part, the second part of the yoke is connected to the first end of the iron core, and the first part of the yoke extends in a length direction of the iron core and is separated from the coil; The armature comprises a main body facing an end surface of the second end of the iron core and a bending portion bent from the main body by a predetermined angle; and the bending portion of the armature is provided at an inner side, facing the iron core, of an end portion of the first part of the yoke. With above configuration, the cross-sectional area of the magnetic gap between the armature and the yoke is defined by the surface of the bending portion of the armature facing the yoke. IT is possible to increase the cross-sectional area of the magnetic gap between the armature and the yoke by increasing the surface area of the bending portion of the armature facing the yoke, thereby increasing the electromagnetic attraction force exerted on the armature by the yoke.

    • The disclosure discloses an auxiliary contact system of a contactor including: an auxiliary movable contact (10); an auxiliary static contact (20) corresponding to the auxiliary movable contact (10); and a rotation member (100) configured to be rotatable between a first position and a second position. When the rotation member (100) is rotated to the first position, the rotation member (100) drives a main movable contact (30) of the contactor to an electric contact position where the main movable contact (30) contacts a main static contact of the contactor. When the rotation member (100) is rotated to the second position, the rotation member (100) drives the main movable contact (30) of the contactor to an electric separation position where the main movable contact (30) is separated from the main static contact of the contactor. When the rotation member (100) is in the first position, the auxiliary movable contact (10) is in the electric contact position where the auxiliary movable contact (10) contacts the auxiliary static contact (20). When the rotation member (100) is in the second position, the rotation member (100) pushes the auxiliary movable contact (10) to the electric separation position where the auxiliary movable contact (10) is separated from the auxiliary static contact (20). In the disclosure, the synchronous action of the auxiliary movable contact and the main movable contact can be controlled by the rotation member, so no additional auxiliary switch is required, which reduces the manufacturing cost of the contactor.

    • An electric contact system includes: a moving member movable in a vertical direction; a movable contact mounted on the moving member to be moved in the vertical direction with the moving member; a static contact; and an arc extinguishing device. The arc extinguishing device includes: a movable bracket movable in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the vertical direction; and an arc extinguishing sheet mounted on the movable bracket and movable in the horizontal direction with the movable bracket. The movable contact is constructed to move between a switch-on position where the movable contact electrically contacts the static contact and a switch-off position where the movable contact is separated from the static contact. When the movable contact is moved between the switch-on position and the switch-off position, the movable bracket is moved by the moving member between a first position and a second position. When the movable bracket is moved to the first position, the arc extinguishing sheet is moved beyond a contact area between the movable contact and the static contact, so as to allow the movable contact to electrically contact the static contact. When the movable bracket is moved to the second position, the arc extinguishing sheet is moved into the contact area between the movable contact and the static contact, so as to electrically isolate the movable contact from the static contact and cut off an electric arc between the movable contact and the static contact.
