摘要： The present invention relates to a system for reversible sealing of a fixed dental prosthesis (1) on an artificial supporting means secured to the jaw of a patient, comprising: - a reversible vacuum pump (2) connected to a connector (4) by a length of tubing (5) for either drawing up or blowing air via the connector (4); - a reversible mechanism (3) secured to the prosthesis (1), which is in the form of a microvalve (31) that can be connected to the connector (4) and integrated, preferably bonded in a leaktight manner, in a diffusion chamber which ends in a skirt (32) that communicates with a cap (8) located in the region of the supporting means, these elements being configured for reversibly producing a vacuum or reversibly creating a low pressure in an interstitial space between the prosthesis (1) and the supporting means, at the site where the sealing should be carried out, when the reversible vacuum pump (2) is connected to the reversible mechanism (3) in the drawing-up mode; - wherein said artificial supporting means that can be secured to the jaw of the patient comprises a hollow volume; - an isolation (11) of said supporting means, configured so as to maintain the vacuum or the low pressure in said interstitial space.

摘要： La présente invention se rapporte à un système de scellement réversible d'une prothèse dentaire fixe (1) sur un support artificiel solidaire de la mâchoire d'un patient, comprenant : - une pompe à vide réversible (2) reliée à un raccord (4) par un tuyau (5) pour, soit aspirer, soit souffler de l'air par le raccord (4); - un mécanisme réversible (3) solidaire de la prothèse (1), se présentant sous la forme d'une micro-valve (31) pouvant être raccordée au raccord (4) et intégrée, de préférence collée de manière étanche, dans une chambre de diffusion terminée par une chemise (32) communiquant avec une coiffe (8) située au voisinage du support, ces éléments étant configurés pour faire le vide ou créer une dépression de manière réversible dans un espace interstitiel entre la prothèse (1) et le support, à l'endroit où le scellement doit être réalisé, lorsque la pompe à vide réversible (2) est raccordée au mécanisme réversible (3) en mode aspiration; - ledit support artificiel apte à être solidarisé à la mâchoire du patient, comportant un volume creux; - une isolation (11) dudit support configurée pour maintenir le vide ou la dépression dans ledit espace interstitiel.
