摘要： The invention relates to a holder, in particular a container for shipment by sea, for transport and storage of a cargo of agricultural products such as cocoa beans, which holder is substantially closed in the state filled to the filling level with the agricultural products. Due to convection current as a result of differences in temperature, water vapour can condense against the inside of the top of the holder and fall as drops of water on the agricultural products, which can cause decay due to mould growth. According to the invention this is prevented in that in the state filled with agricultural products a water vapour impervious layer is arranged in the cargo of agricultural products at a distance from the filling level of the holder, which water vapour impervious layer extends substantially to the side walls of the holder. The invention also relates to a method for filling a suchlike holder.
