The steel contains in mass %, C: 0.08% to 0.13%; Si: 0.15% to 0.45%; Mn: 0.1% to 1.0%; Ni: 0.01% to 0.5%; Cr: 10.0% to 11.5%; Mo: 0.3% to 0.6 %; V: 0.10% to 0.25%; Nb: 0.01% to 0.06%; N: 0.015% to 0.07%,B: ≤ 0.005%, and Al: ≤ 0.04%. The balance consists of Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The steel shows a martensitic microstructure.

摘要： A threaded joint for pipes includes a pin member and a box member, the pin member having an external thread configured to correspond to an internal thread of the box member, a thread form of the internal and external threads having generally dovetail-shaped profile with stab flanks and load flanks and flat roots and crests, wherein the internal threads are increasing in width in one direction on the box and the external threads are increasing in width in the other direction on the pin, so the roots, crests, and flanks of the threads move together and form seals that resist the flow of fluids between the seals. The threaded joint further includes a fluoropolymer-based coating applied to specific regions of the internal and external threads and a resin coating disposed in regions of the internal and external threads that are devoid of the fluoropolytner-based coating, wherein the fluoropolymer-based coating and the resin coating are configured to form a layer of substantially uniform thickness on the overall surface of the internal and external threads.

摘要： Systems and methods for the synthesis of lubricant-containing microcapsules are disclosed. Embodiments of composite nickel and copper coatings containing capsules with liquid lubricating oil cores are also disclosed. In certain embodiments, microcapsules can be incorporated into a metal plating solution to perform composite electrodeposition to obtain self lubricant metallic coatings. In some embodiments, much lower friction coefficient (-0.8) and far better wear resistance was obtained with the copper/microcapsules composite.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for assembly of tubular joints which overcome the drawbacks and limitations of conventional joints. In certain embodiments, the tubular joints may comprise threaded joints used in oil exploration. Joints may be assembled using a combination of a) position control, b) specific production tolerances for thread parameters, and c) coatings applied on threaded areas of the joint. In further embodiments, the tubular joints may have no torque shoulder and/or metal to metal seals. In additional embodiments, the joints may be further assembled and disassembled several times without application of dope or grease and exhibit enhanced sealability. Beneficially, embodiments of the present disclosure may provide high tolerance, precisely assembled joints that provide improved performance (e.g., mechanical performance, sealability, corrosion resistance, lubrication) and reliability over non-premium connections without the expense associated with premium connections.
