摘要： An apparatus is provided for treating a substance containing perchloroethylene with ozone. The apparatus includes a chamber for receiving the substance through an upper inlet. The substance flows generally downwardly in the chamber to an outlet, and the chamber is arranged in a substantially vertical configuration between the inlet and the outlet. An ozone introducer is coupled to the chamber to provide an ozone-containing substance within the chamber. The chamber and ozone introducer provide for a flow of the ozone-containing substance in a substantially upward direction in the chamber to react with the perchloroethylene. The chamber may be coupled to a reservoir for the perchloroethylene-containing substance. The reservoir may also be coupled to a venturi injection apparatus for ozone treatment of the substance.
