摘要： The present invention relates to methods, computer program products, apparatuses, and a system for balancing load in a cellular network. Load balancing handover priorities are determined for a plurality of adjacent cells surrounding a target cell of a cellular access network, the adjacent cells comprising at least one neighbor cell and at least one neighbor's neighbor cell of said target cell. Then, based on the determined handover priorities at least one load balancing priority list with an ordered priority for load balancing purposes is generated and an information for deriving the at least one load balancing priority list is forwarded from a centralized entity of said cellular access network to an access device of the target cell, where the list is used for selecting a handover target.

摘要： In one exemplary aspect of this invention a method includes receiving at a user equipment from a wide area network access node information identifying at least one predetermined radio frequency carrier; initiating, in response to a presence of an interferer on a radio frequency carrier that is being used for a current connection between the user equipment and the network access node, a connection re-establishment procedure, where the interferer has the potential to cause a radio link failure of the current connection on the radio frequency carrier; and transmitting a connection re-establishment request to the network access node on the predetermined radio frequency carrier. The interferer can be a closed subscriber group network access node that the user equipment is not authorized to gain access to.

摘要： An apparatus for performing load balancing estimations among cells of a network in order to select a cell for handover of a device may include a processor and memory storing executable computer program code causing the apparatus to at least perform operations including receiving one or more uplink parameters from at least one base station. The uplink parameters include at least one of a first uplink pathloss based power control parameter, a second uplink pathloss based power control parameter or at least one uplink interference level. The computer program code may further cause the apparatus to determine an estimate of resource consumption of at least one candidate device for usage in a target cell based at least in part on evaluation of the received uplink parameters. The apparatus includes at least a portion of a first base station. Corresponding methods and computer program products are also provided.
