摘要： Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a coil-packing inner protection ring. The apparatus for manufacturing a coil-packing inner protection ring comprises: a bending unit bending a steel plate having a predetermined length at a right angle so as to enable the steel plate to be in contact with an inner circumference and a side surface of a coil; and a curving unit curving the steel plate bent by the bending unit in a circular shape so as to enable the curved steel plate to be engaged with the inner edge portion of the coil having a circular shape. Accordingly, danger of safety accidents can be reduced, the manufacturing operations can be rapidly performed, and an efficiency of the operations and productivity of products can be improved.

摘要： An apparatus for packaging a metal coil with a protective sheet includes a circular chute in which the protective sheet is inserted and rolled in a cylindrical shape. The apparatus also includes first and second link chutes for constricting a circumference of the protective sheet rolled in a cylindrical shape by the circular chute, and a chute-rotating motor for rotating the first and second link chutes and the circular chute so as to position the protective sheet corresponding to an inner circumferential part of the coil. The apparatus also includes a carrier moved along a first rail to horizontally transfer the circular chute and the first and second link chutes toward the coil. The apparatus further includes a coil hoist disposed on a second rail for elevating, lowering and horizontally moving the coil toward the circular chute to fit the protective sheet around the circumferential surface of the coil.
