摘要： The present invention relates to a wind turbine having a turbine housing directly coupled to a tower, in which the wind turbine is configured such that areas corresponding to a stator and a rotor are maximized, the housing is firmly coupled to the tower, and the weights of the turbine and the rotor are transferred vertically downwards from the tower. The wind turbine comprises: a housing, which is fixed to the upper end of the tower, bears a cylindrical form having one side open and has a length longer than the diameter of the tower; a turbine, which consists of a cylindrical rotor rotatably connected to the inside of the housing and a stator fixed to the inner surface of the housing; and a rotor unit, which is formed in a cylindrical shape, and rotates and operates the rotor while being rotated by wind force from a plurality of rotor blades coupled to the outer surface of a hub that is attached to the front surface of the rotor. Accordingly, the capacity of the turbine is increased more, the overall support rigidity of the wind turbine is improved to enable the turbine to remain firmly fixed to the tower even under strong wind conditions, and the weight of the wind turbine is reduced because a separate structure for fixing the rotor is no longer employed.
