摘要： A baby food composition for consumption by, and to provide nutrition to a baby, which includes partially hydrolyzed fucoidan. The fucoidan may be sulfonated. The baby food composition may be in the form of a prepared food, a drink, a hard finger food, a soft finger food, or a cereal. Also disclosed is an infant formula composition including fucoidan, a protein, and a lipid. The fucoidan may be partially hydrolyzed, and also may be sulfonated. The protein may be derived from quinoa. Also disclosed are infant formula kits to be assembled in the field. The kits may include a substantially dehydrated infant formula composition and a diluting agent. The kit may alternatively include a ready-to-consume infant formula composition and substantially dehydrated additives which may be added to the formula before consumption.

The fucoidan is partially hydrolyzed with acid and heat. The partially hydrolyzed fucoidan may also be sulfonated. Other ingredients that may be included in the skin care composition include anti-wrinkle compounds, radiation protecting agents, fragrances, proteins, colorants or coloring agents, lipids, vitamins, botanical extracts, glycolipids, polymers, and copolymers, and the like. An article with skin-protecting and moisturizing compound includes a tissue substrate, a base, and partially hydrolyzed fucoidan.

The nutritional beverage or drink may also be modified by using pure water that has nanosized water clusters therein, as well as mixing into the liquid suspension nanoparticles of resveratrol and/or one or more of the above ingredients to enhance the bioavailability of the ingredients. The compositions may be used to treat diseases and bodily malfunctions.
