摘要： A novel antidepressant composition of a cholinesterase inhibitor in combination with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, milnacipran or duloxetine is disclosed, which has a significantly high therapeutic effect as compared with conventional antidepressants. The therapeutic method using a cholinesterase inhibitor in combination with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, milnacipran or duloxetine is beneficial for the treatment of depression, in particular, refractory depression.

摘要： Novel thermal energy transfer method consisting of the steps of transferring the vapor, which is generated in a heat generator (1), of a heat medium to an absorption tank (4) so as to be absorbed by an absorbent-containing absorption liquid, increasing the temperature of a mixture of the heat medium and the absorption liquid to a temperature not lower than the temperature of the vapor of the heat medium, separating the mixed liquid thus obtained into heat medium and absorption liquid by using a semitransparent film, after the heat of the mixed liquid has been utilized, and circulating these separated products as a heat medium and an absorption liquid so as to be reused. According to this thermal energy transfer method, the high-quality energy can be transferred with a high thermal efficiency, and it becomes possible to transfer the low-pressure vapor efficiently and accummulate heat with a low heat loss.
