摘要： The present invention provides cable clamping hardware able to reduce the space for clamping cables and thereby able to flexibly handle any increase in the number of cables and a cable connection box having the same. Cable clamping hardware (15) provided with, inside a cable closure protecting a splice 4c of cables 2, a plate-shaped base (16) having a support plate (19) supporting cables and fastened to the cable closure and clamps (17) provided at the support plate (19) and clamping the cables (2) with the support plate (19), each clamp (17) provided with a support point supported at the support plate (19) in a pivotable state, a working part clamping a cable (2) with the support plate (19) at an opposite side from the support point, and an action point functioning as a fulcrum and receiving external force for making the working part operate.

摘要： An inlet device is described for inserting a cable containing optical fibers into a telecommunications enclosure. The inlet device includes a housing with a strength member securing section configured to fasten at least one strength member to the housing. The inlet device further includes a fiber guide device. The inlet device may be used in a single fiber optical cable assembly or multi-fiber optical cable assembly. A method for preparing a cable assembly is also described. A telecommunications enclosure including an inlet device is also described.
