摘要： A process for making polyurethane/acrylic hybrid dispersions useful in high pigment volume concentrate (PVC) coating comprises the following steps: a) preparing polyurethane prepolymer; b) adding at least one acrylate monomer, at least one styrenic monomer, or the mixture thereof to the polyurethane prepolymer; c) adding a neutralizing agent; d)dispersing and extending the polyurethane prepolymer; and e) feeding the emulsified mixture of at least one ethylenically unsaturated nonionic monomer and acid monomer, and co-polymerizing them together.

An integrated panel article comprises a polymeric foam insulating layer aving a primary surface, a flexible waterproofing membrane having a density of less than 1500 kg/m3 elected from polyvinylchloride and thermoplastic polyolefin membranes and adhered to a primary iurface of the polymeric foam, and a decorative paint coating layer on the flexible waterproofing membrane. The panel is light weight, high water resistance, high durability, similar thermal expansion coefficients between layer components and can easily be cut at a jobsite.
