    • The present invention is directed to improvements in and relating to cable storage devices and systems particularly associated with the use and storage of cords used with I-Pods, MP3 players, portable CD or DVD players, mobile phones, smart phones and any other such electronic devices. The cords may be power cords, earphone cords and so forth. The cable storage device comprises a body and outer flange portions distanced from the body by stand-offs to effect a hub portion. The hub portion is adapted to receive a cord wound there-around when the cord is wound onto and off the device. The body of the cable storage device is also adapted as a receptacle to receive and accommodate at least one of the cord, termination portions of the cord, power dependent devices.

    • A stand (10) for supporting a bank of heat lamps, lights or like devices comprising: a) a support base, b) a frame member (15) extending substantially vertically from said base, said frame having a plurality of locking points formed therein at predetermined intervals, c) a body (20) adapted to slide up and down the frame member (15) having bracket means for attaching a bank of heat lamps, lights or the like (18) to the stand, and, d) means for adjusting the height of the bank of heat lamps, lights or the like (18) comprising a catch (19) attached to said slidable body (20), one end of which is adapted to engage releasably one of the locking points in the frame member (15) whereby the height of the body (20) may be adjusted by disengaging the catch (19) from one locking point, sliding the body (20), up or down said frame (15), and engaging the catch (19) at another point.
