摘要： Nach dem vorgeschlagenen Verfahren zur Produktion von Biomasse werden die Organismen oder Zellen in einer in einem Photobioreaktor in Umlauf gehaltenen Suspension unter Zufuhr von Licht und von mindestens CO 2 als Nährstoff kultiviert. Zur Kultivierung wird die Suspension über mindestens ein Ausbringungsorgan in einem oberen Bereich eines Kulturraums ausgebracht und ihre Abwärtsbewegung durch mindestens ein in dem Kulturraum angeordnetes Innenraumelement mit einer sich horizontal erstreckenden Gitter-, Sieb- oder Netzstruktur verzögert. An dieser Struktur wird die Suspension in eine Vielzahl von Tröpfen überführt. Die Tropfen durchlaufen einen Tropfenzyklus, durch den die Abwärtsbewegung der Suspension verzögert und eine besonders intensive Exposition der in der Nährlösung enthaltenen Organismen oder Zellen mit in den Reaktor eingebrachten Nährstoffen und Licht gewährleistet ist.

In diesem Container (1) kann der Photobioreaktor bei der Kultivierung der phototrophen oder mixotrophen Organismen, verbleiben, wobei durch die Ausbildung des Containers (1) sichergestellt ist, dass die Photosyntheseeinheit oder -einheiten (2, 2') mit dem für die Kultivierung erforderlichen Licht versorgt sind. 摘要： The invention relates to an aqueous or aqueous-alcoholic extract of the blue-green algal taxon Spirulina, characterized in that it contains at least 10 wt. % magnesium in relation to the dry weight of said extract. 摘要： According to the proposed method for producing biomass, the organisms or cells are cultivated in a suspension kept in circulation in a photobioreactor, wherein light is supplied and at least CO2 is supplied as a nutrient. In order to cultivate the organisms or cells, the suspension is discharged by means of at least one discharge element in an upper area of a culture chamber and the downward motion of the suspension is decelerated by means of at least one interior element arranged in the culture chamber, which interior element has a horizontally extending grille, sieve, or net structure. The suspension is transformed into a plurality of drops on this structure. The drops undergo a drop cycle, by means of which the downward motion of the suspension is decelerated and an especially intensive exposure of the organisms or cells contained in the nutrient solution to the nutrients and light introduced into the reactor is guaranteed.
