    • The present invention relates to a photobioreactor for high-density microalgae culturing, and to a microalgae culturing and harvesting method using the same, and more specifically relates to a photobioreactor for high-density microalgae culturing which allows low-cost, high quality, volume production of microalgae such as Scenedesmus sp., Chlorella sp. and Spirulina sp. that are useful in processing carbon dioxide and also in the production of, by way of example, biodiesel, feed additives and health supplements, and relates to a microalgae culturing and harvesting method using the same. To this end, provided is a photobioreactor for high-density microalgae culturing comprising: a microalgae culturing reactor which is made with a closed structure, and is formed with a culture-liquid discharge port in a predetermined position at the bottom end; a reactor stopper which is joined in a detachable fashion to the upper end of the microalgae culturing reactor; a culture-liquid inflow tube and an air discharge tube which are inserted into the reactor stopper so as to connect through to the inside of the microalgae culturing reactor; and an air injection part which is joined in a detachable fashion to the lower end of the microalgae culturing reactor, and is for supplying air or a combustion gas into the microalgae culturing reactor, and also provided is a microalgae culturing and harvesting method using the same.
