摘要： The present disclosure disloses a machine and a method for peeling skin from un-peeled objects that mainly includes at least one controller, an object: handling unit, an agitating: and heating unit and a peeling and separating unit. The agitating and heating unit includes an agitator and a heater. The agitator receives un-peeled objects and hot abrasive particles. During agitation, un-peeled objects and hot abrasive particles tumble with each other thereby loosing bond between skin and objects and provide objects with loosely bonded skin. The heater heats the abrasive particles and then permits, flow within the agitator by use of abrasive conveyor. Objects with loosely bonded skin are then provided in the peeling and separation unit for peeling and separating skin from un-peeled objects and provide peeled objects in a controlled manner.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to an electromechanical grading machine for grading objects and method thereof. The grading machine includes at least one controller with a grading comparator, an object introducing unit, an in-feed unit for feeding object in queue, a singulator for singulating objects, an object moving channel, a plurality of optical examination beds, an optic unit, a plurality of grade container and an object ejection unit. The ejector unit includes at least one channel which receives graded object from the optic unit, a plurality of channel sensors, an object directing unit and a plurality of doors. The channel sensor senses the movement of objects along the channel and cooperated with controller. The objet directing unit provides controlled movement of the objects to the doors thereby gently moving the objects. The doors are permit flow of objects in the grade container.

摘要： Present invention discloses an improved grading machine for grading small sized irregular objects which provides distinguished elements like reverse roller pairs assembly, a rotating drum having multiple numbers of contoured holes enabling faster pick up and dropping of the objects synchronous to the convey or motion, multiple imaging systems having multi-vision system along with multi wavelength lighting system, multiple transparent cups, an energizer assembly and an embedded intelligence system which remembers the position of each object thereby directing controlled opening of each cup bearing objects. These elements function collaboratively with one another making the placed objects fall into different collecting chutes, thus categorizing them according to their same properties based on same size, color, shape and surface finish. Present invention also discloses a process for grading small sized irregular objects. The invention is aimed to increase the grading efficiency of the improved grading machine using the disclosed process of grading irregular or uneven objects according to their size, color and surface properties in a rapid, practical, accurate, and satisfactory manner using electronically controlled non-contact mechanism.

摘要： The present disclosure discloses an automatic object manipulating system and method. The system includes a controller, a feeding and conveying unit, first and second trajectories, a scanning unit, a processor, a plurality of grade containers and an ejection unit. The feeding and conveying unit feed, singulate and orient objects. The first and second trajectories facilitate movement of objects received from the feeding and conveying unit to the ejecting unit. During movement of objects by the first and second trajectories the objects are optionally cut, objects are scanned and graded and ejected in respective grade container. The system can be retrofitted in conventional cutting machines or can have provision of cutting while held and conveyed by the first and second trajectories.
