摘要： In order to shorten software development time, it would be advantageous to retrieve for reuse objects, for example programme components, that are already available in object or programme libraries. In order to solve this problem, the functions of the object are specified by means of propositional logic formulas, then the objects are filed in an object library according to the propositional logic formulas that describe them. When an object is searched for, the function of the search object is specified by means of propositional logic formulas and the search is carried out in the object library on the basis of these formulas. By a similarity check, one can ascertain whether an identical or similar object is available in the programme library. In addition to the propositional logic description of the function of the search object, further properties of the objects may be specified by means of keywords.
