The present invention described above increases coagulation efficiency as the precipitates coagulated by the organic-inorganic composite of the present invention are large and the coagulation is quickly performed. In addition, the composite of the present invention emits no substances that may cause turbidity with the dissolved heavy metals in the coagulated precipitates, to thereby prevent colloidal contamination caused when the precipitates are re-dissolved in treatment water, and to prevent recontamination caused by the re-diffusion of a strain.
