摘要： The present invention is a construction method which enables uninterrupted work using a pole clamp mountable on an auger crane or any similar crane in the event the penetration depth of an electric pole needs to be adjusted in the upward and downward, forward and backward, or left and right directions, or the location of the electric pole needs to be shifted in accordance with the change of environment or change in the condition of the ground during the repair and maintenance of an overhead distribution line and the electric pole used in the line.
