    • The present invention relates to filled polymeric compositions, such as filled TPO compositions, having improved aesthetics, and to polymeric masterbatches which may be used to prepare the improved filled TPO compositions. The present invention also relates to processes for preparing the filled TPO compositions which eliminates a compounding step. The polymeric compositions of the present invention include at least about 5 weight percent inorganic filler based on the total weight of the polymeric composition; a high viscosity polypropylene impact copolymer having a highly crystalline portion, wherein the highly crystalline portion is present from about 20 weight percent to about 90 weight percent of the high viscosity polypropylene impact copolymer, and a xylene soluble portion, wherein the xylene soluble portion is present from about 10 weight percent to about 80 weight percent of the high viscosity polypropylene impact copolymer and has a z-average molecular weight greater than about 1,500,000 Da, a number average molecular weight less than about 100,000 Da, and a polydispersity index greater than about 5; and a low viscosity substantially linear ethylene polymer having a polydispersity index less than about 3.5, and a melt flow rate greater than about 40 g/10min as measured according to ASTM D-1238 at 190 °C/2.16kg.
