摘要： Disclosed is a method of preparing alkyl butyrate, which comprises: (a) producing a fermented liquid containing butyrate salt through a fermentation process using butyric acid-producing strains; (b) obtaining an extracted liquid containing butyric acid from a continuous extracting apparatus using an extraction solvent, after converting the butyrate salt into butyric acid by adding an inorganic acid except for carbonic acid or carbon dioxide into the fermented liquid, wherein the continuous extracting apparatus includes a plurality of extraction terminals which are installed inside an extraction column and perform a reciprocating motion vertically, and the fermented liquid and the extracted liquid are supplied to upper and lower portions of the column, respectively; and (c) reacting the extracted liquid and alcohol having a carbon number of 4 or less or a mixture thereof in an esterification reactor to convert a resultant product into alkyl butyrate. According to the present invention, butyric acid existing in microbic culture fluid can be efficiently extracted, and furthermore, competitively priced alkyl butyrate can be prepared without an additional process of separating the extracted solvent while minimizing energy consumption.

The method for manufacturing the flexible nanogenerator of the present invention includes the steps of: laminating a piezoelectric element layer having a piezoelectric material layer on a sacrificial substrate; crystallizing the piezoelectric element layer by thermally processing the piezoelectric element layer at a high temperature; separating unit piezoelectric elements from the sacrificial substrate by removing the sacrificial substrate; and transferring the separated unit piezoelectric elements onto a flexible substrate. The method for manufacturing the flexible nanogenerator and the flexible nanogenerator manufactured thereby of the present invention can continuously produce electric power from the movement of a human body and the like by producing electric power according to the bending of the substrate.

摘要： A prestressed composite beam structure from which the expansion joints, which were inevitably used in the conventional prestressed composite beam structure can be removed so that the structural and functional problems owing to the expansion joints can be solved and the span of beams can be lengthened, and construction materials can be considerably saved. The construction method in which the composite beams can be made into divided short beams in order to overcome the difficulties of transportation and handling in cases where the length of the prestressed composite beam is long. After the preflexion loads have been applied to the beam which was profiled in reverse to the sag curve of the continuous beam structure, concrete is cast and cured on the flange, and then the preflexion is removed. The problems of the negative moment on the connection between the beams is solved by lifting or lowering the support. For quick and easy assembling with the prestressed slab, the composite beam has shear key grooves and a reinforcing beam.
