    • The invention relates to an internal combustion engine comprising at least one cylinder (1) in which a combustion chamber (5) is defined between a piston (3) and a cylinder head (2), a fuel injector (6) arranged in the cylinder head (2), and a piston cavity (4) arranged in the piston (3).
