    • The present invention relates to a preparation method of an antigen-immobilized immunofluorescence slide comprising the following steps: immobilizing a C-reactive protein on a slide to prepare a protein chip; mixing an antibody, which specifically binds to a protein to be analyzed, and streptavidin to label the same with fluorescent nanoparticles; carrying out the immune reaction of the antibody by competitive mixing; and carrying out analysis by using a fluorescent camera, and an immunofluorescence slide prepared thereby, wherein the step of immobilizing a C-reactive protein on a slide comprises the following steps: preparing a slide modified with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane; hydrating the slide modified with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane; activating the modified slide by using a glutaraldehyde solution; dissolving a C-reactive protein in 30-70 mM phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.5-7.8) by a concentration of 0.01-0.5 mg/mL to prepare an antigen solution for immobilization; putting a Petri dish containing the slide on a spotting guide and spotting 1-100 µL of the prepared antigen solution on a dropping point; and reacting the slide prepared by the step for 1-6 hours to immobilize the antigen.
    • 本发明涉及一种抗原固定化免疫荧光载玻片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将C-反应蛋白固定在载玻片上以制备蛋白质芯片; 混合特异性结合待分析蛋白质的抗体和链霉抗生物素蛋白以用荧光纳米颗粒标记抗体; 通过竞争性混合进行抗体的免疫反应; 并使用荧光照相机进行分析,由此制备免疫荧光载玻片,其中将C-反应蛋白固定在载玻片上的步骤包括以下步骤:制备用3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷修饰的载玻片; 水合用3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性的载玻片; 使用戊二醛溶液活化修饰的载玻片; 将C反应蛋白溶解在30-70mM磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH6.5-7.8)中,浓度为0.01-0.5mg / mL,以制备用于固定的抗原溶液; 将含有载玻片的培养皿置于点样引导上,并在滴点上点样1-100μL所制备的抗原溶液; 并将由该步骤制备的载玻片反应1-6小时以固定抗原。
