The present invention provides a dental implant assembly, which is implanted in an oral cavity to replace a lost tooth and includes a fixture implanted in an alveolar bone, an abutment coupled with the fixture to locate a dental prosthesis on the fixture, and a settlement-preventing means for preventing settlement of the abutment by being in contact with the fixture when the abutment is coupled with the fixture.
