摘要： The invention relates to an adjustable steam injector (1) of the type which has an injector housing (2) with an inlet (3) for a product which is to be heated and in inlet (5) for steam. The injector housing (2) also has an outlet (4) for the product mixed with steam. The injector (1) also includes an injector body (6) displaceable in the injector housing (2). About the front end of the injector body (6) there are disposed concentric gaps (13, 14) for product and steam, respectively. The injector body (6) has a recess (9) in its front end. The recess (9) has the same extent as the cross sectional surface of the injector body (6) and has its greatest depth in the centre of the injector body (6).

摘要： The invention relates to a method of treating a liquid food for extended shelf-life. The method comprises the step that supercritical carbon dioxide is added to the liquid, pressurised food so that the degree of saturation becomes 90-99 %. Thereafter, the food is treated so that the degree of saturation increases to 100 %, or alternatively that the product becomes oversaturated. The after treatment entails that the product is heated 1-20°C, or alternatively subjected to a pressure reduction of 0.1-5 MPa, or that the product is subjected to a combination of temperature elevation and pressure reduction.

摘要： The invention relates to method and an apparatus for vibrating the contents in an aseptic bag (1), in that a device for a regular, varied pressure change is applied on the outer wall side (2) of the bag (1). The pressure change applied on the outside (2) of the bag (1) propagates to the contents of the bag (1) and gives rise to liquid flows in the contents. The device may consist of a diaphragm (4) which abuts against the outside (2) of the bag (1) and moves reciprocally. Alternatively, the device may consist of a bowl (9) which abuts in airtight fashion against the wall (2) of the bag (1). The bowl (9) is connected to a vaccum pump. By varying between vacuum and excess pressure, a pressure change will be obtained against the outside (2) of the bag (1). The bowl (9) may be of such size that a part of the wall (2) of the bag (1) is sucked into the bowl (9) when the bowl (9) is placed under vacuum.

摘要： In a method for deaerating a liquid the liquid is pressurized to a pressure above atmospheric, after which it is guided to an upstream end of a nucleation valve. A low pressure resides on the downstream end of the nucleation valve and as the liquid passes the valve, bubble nucleation is initiated, forming the first step in a deaeration process. According to the method the temperature and pressure on the downstream side of the valve is controlled such that the static pressure is above the saturation pressure, while the lowest pressure as the liquid passes the valve is below or equal to the saturation pressure.
