摘要： The present invention relates to a matrix type patch for the transdermal delivery of a bronchodilator which is consisted of a backing layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a drug, and a release liner, wherein the said pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprises as the drug component at least one of brochodilators selected from a group consisting of formoterol, salmeterol, tulobuterol, clenbuterol and the like; cationic polymers enhancing skin-permeability of the said drug components; solubilizing agents of the drug components; and pressure sensitive adhesives. The matrix type patch according to the present invention provides high skin permeability of the drug by using cationic polymeric absorption enhancers, sustained duration of the drug action for a prolonged time and excellent adhesion to the skin without causing irritation.

摘要： The present invention relates to a percutaneous preparation containing donepezil as an active ingredient for treatment of dementia. More specifically, the percutaneous preparation comprising donepezil as the active ingredient consists of a matrix layer containing drugs, a support layer for protecting the drugs, and a release layer. The matrix layer containing drugs comprises: donepezil or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof as the active ingredient; polyethylene vinyl acetate adhesives including rosin ester resin as a polymer substrate; and a penetration enhancer mixture of at least two kinds selected from the group consisting of pyrrolidone derivatives, C8-18 aliphatic derivatives, triacetin and triethyl citrate. The disclosed percutaneous preparation can increase dementia patient administration compliance and minimize side effects when compared with an oral preparation. Additionally, the percutaneous preparation is easily applied to skin and can release the drugs sustainably for a long time. Also, due to high skin-penetration properties, the preparation can replace conventional oral preparations for treatment of dementia.

摘要： The patch for tooth whitening of the present invention comprises a tooth-adhering layer (1) containing erodible polymer complexes formed by hydrogen bonding of a polymer with a carboxyl group (-COOH) and a polymer with a carbonyl group (-C=O) or ether group (-O-) and a tooth whitening agent; and an erosion rate-controlling layer (2) containing a mixture of a hydrophilic polymer and a film-forming polymer, wherein the patch is in a film form and is characterized by being eroded until extinguished after releasing the tooth whitening agent. The patch, when applied to the teeth, releases a peroxide tooth-whitening agent while being hydrated by water in the mouth during a prescribed period, and thereafter, eroded until extinguished, thereby not requiring an additional detaching work from the teeth. Therefore, the patch is convenient in use and greatly reduces an obstruction sensation. Moreover, the patch has an excellent whitening effect.
