摘要： The present invention relates to a stent, and more specifically, to a drug-eluting stent comprising a chitosan coating layer. According to the present invention, provided is a drug-eluting stent, comprising: a stent framework; and a chitosan coating layer coated on the stent framework and comprising a chitosan coating layer in which a restenosis preventing material is distributed. The stent framework comprises: a plurality of rings which have the axial direction, the circumferential direction and the radial direction, form a cylindrical shape before and after the expansion in the radial direction, and are arranged along the axial direction and the circumferential direction; a plurality of first flexible links which link two rings adjacent along the circumferential direction among the plurality of rings, and are expanded along the circumferential direction; and a plurality of second flexible links which link two rings adjacent along the axial direction among the plurality of rings, and are expanded along the axial direction.

摘要： The present invention provides a cylindrical surgical stent which is not contracted in an axial direction even during expansion. The invention comprises a ring-shaped stent ring having: a plurality of cells arranged by being spaced in a row in a circumferential direction; and a plurality of first links. The plurality of cells include first curved portions which are convex in a circumferential direction, second curved portions which are concave in a circumferential direction, third curved portions which are convex in an axial direction, and fourth curved portions which are concave in an axial direction. Said first curved portions are respectively connected with the third curved portions and the fourth curved portions, and said second curved portions are respectively connected with the third curved portions and the fourth curved portions. Said first links are formed from a plurality of links, which connect first curved portions and second curved portions of two adjacent cells among the plurality of cells, and have fifth curved portions that are convex in an axial direction. Spots at which the first curved portions and the second curved portions meet the plurality of first links are out of the central axes of the first curved portions and the second curved portions.

摘要： The present invention relates to an expandable stent which does not contract in an axial direction during expansion. The expandable stent has an axial direction, a circumferential direction, and a radial direction. Also, the expandable stent has a cylindrical shape before and after the expandable stent is expanded in the radial direction. The expandable stent includes a plurality of rings, a plurality of first flexible links, and a plurality of second flexible links. The rings are arranged in the axial and circumferential directions. The first flexible links may connect together two rings that are adjacent along the circumferential direction in the links, and may be expandable in the circumferential direction. The second flexible links may connect together two rings that are adjacent along the axial direction in the links, and may be expandable in the axial direction. According to the present invention, since the contraction of the expandable stent in the axial direction during the expansion is minimized by the rings, the stent may be accurately disposed at a position such as in a lumen.
