摘要： The present invention relates to a hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate in which a hyaluronic acid-aldehyde derivative, in which derivative an aldehyde group is introduced to a hyaluronic acid or the salts thereof, is bound to N-terminal of a protein. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate. The hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate according to the present invention has significantly superior bio conjugation and persistent protein drug efficiency, and has excellent protein drug activity as the hyaluronic acid is specifically bound to N-terminal of a protein. In addition, an aldehyde substation rate of the hyaluronic acid-aldehyde derivative is controlled to freely control the liver-targeting properties of the hyaluronic acid, and therefore, the hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate of the present invention may be valuably used not only for drugs for treating liver diseases but also for ensuring persistent protein drug efficiency that bypass the liver. The hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate of the present invention may be valuably used for a drug delivery system of a protein.

摘要： The present invention discloses a system and method for creating a personalized template which enable a person who monitors workflows to selectively set up search objects, analysis conditions and presentation conditions and create and manage an appropriate template. The system for creating the template includes: a template management module for performing functions of creating a new template, opening and using the template, modifying the template and deleting the template; a data object module for providing a user with search variables for setting up search conditions on the template and interest variables for interest items for selecting wanted items from the searched results, storing the search conditions and interest variables set up by the user, and executing search; and an operation module for providing analysis variables and an analysis method for analysis on the basis of the search variables and interest variables set up in the data object module, and executing analysis according to the selected analysis variables and analysis method. As a result, the users monitoring workflows in the workflow system can individually set up the search conditions, analysis conditions and presentation conditions in the template, thereby efficiently analyzing the works.

摘要： In a hydrogel mask pack having good skin-care effects, the hydrogel mask pack is formed by filling a frame with a composition for the hydrogel mask pack and immersing the frame in any one of an aqueous solution of a metal salt, alcohol or distilled water. The composition for the hydrogel mask pack is prepared by mixing an aqueous solution of fibroin and any one of alginate, cellulose or agar. The hydrogel mask pack may have superior moisturizing effects, skin-regenerative effects, mechanical strength and elasticity, and thus may be good enough to be used for a skin-care mask pack.

摘要： Disclosed is a vinyl glove including an outer cover and a lining having at least one breathing hole. The breathing holes of the lining has a circle shape having a diameter in the range of lmm to 3mm. In addition, the breathing holes may have a polygonal shape, such as a triangular shape, rectangular shape, etc., or an oval shape. Further, the breathing holes may have a cross shape (+) formed by a sword cut or an asterisk shape (*). In order to bond the outer cover to the lining, lining films are disposed between outer cover films while being overlapped with the outer cover films, and then the resultant structure is bonded along the outer contour of a finger part of the vinyl glove. Differently from a typical vinyl glove, even if a user cooks food with the vinyl glove, the inside of the vinyl glove is well ventilated and prevented from becoming damp with moisture and sweat so that the user has superior wearing comfort.
