摘要： Disclosed herein is the use of L1CAM, which is a marker protein of undifferentiated human embryonic stem (ES) cells. Also disclosed are an antibody binding specifically to L1CAM, a hybridoma secreting the antibody, and a method of detecting, identifying or isolating undifferentiated human ES cells using the antibody. Since antibodies binding specifically to L1CAM, including a novel antibody 4-63 according to the present invention, bind specifically to the L1CAM protein expressed on undifferentiated human ES cells, they are useful in the accurate analysis of characteristics of undifferentiated human ES cells and in isolating human ES cells for cell therapy.

摘要： The present invention relates to the humanized antibodies to surface antigen S of hepatitis B virus and a preparing method thereof. Particularly, it relates to the humanized antibodies which comprise heavy and light chains having amino acid sequences originated from human antibodies at the HCDR1, HCDR2, HCDR3 and LCDR1, LCDR2, LCDR3 of their variable regions, expression vectors containing each of the heavy and light chain genes of the humanized antibody and transformant which can produce humanized antibody by transfection with heavy and light chain expression vectors and a preparing method thereof. A humanized antibody of the present invention is more humanized than that of the previous arts. So, it minimizes the probability of immune response in humans and has good antigen binding capacity, making it a excellent candidate for prevention and treatment of the hepatitis B virus infection.

摘要： The present invention relates to a fusion protein resulting from the bonding of a cancer-specific antibody and a vasculogenesis suppressing agent, and relates to a composition for treating cancer comprising same. More specifically, in the present invention it is preferable that the cancer-specific antibody is trastuzumab or a fragment thereof, and the vasculogenesis suppressing agent is a VEGF-Trap. When the fusion protein according to the present invention is used, there are advantages in that vasculogenesis and cancer cell growth can be effectively suppressed even at lower doses than with trastuzumab or a VEGF-Trap, and side effects can also be minimised.
