    • The invention relates to a ventilation and heating system for a habitable room, comprising a ventilation device and a fuel cell unit, which are arranged and connected to one another such that the ventilation device supplies outside air originating outside the habitable room, in an adjustable ratio between direct and indirect supply air, in a first air tract via a heat exchanger both as direct supply air to a respective habitable room and as indirect supply air first to the fuel cell unit and via said unit optionally indirectly to the respective habitable room. The fuel cell unit is connected to the ventilation device and a respective habitable room such that an air flow exiting the fuel cell unit can be supplied at an adjustable ratio as supply air to a respective habitable room and/or as waste air together with waste air originating from a respective habitable room to a second air tract of the ventilation device. The second air tract of the ventilation device is thermally coupled to the first air tract via a heat exchanger of the ventilation device such that waste air conducted to the outside via the second air tract can give off at least a portion of the thermal energy contained therein via the heat exchanger of the ventilation device to the first air tract and supply air conducted therein for a respective habitable room and the fuel cell unit.
