摘要： An automated system can be provided for continuously and accurately assigning float to deposit credits within a financial institution. A normalized market segment is continuously assigned to each account by extracting information from a plurality of disparate demand deposit account systems. Deposit credits are gathered from disparate known capture sites and the normalized market segment is assigned to a deposit credit for a corresponding account. A float assignment can then be made for a deposit credit so that the float reflects both a deposit location and current domestic information for the corresponding account. A system for implementing the invention can include a float system connected to a transaction exchange system.

摘要： A charger for a firearm comprises a body, a movable internal diverter and an advancing member. The body has at least first and second cartridge holding areas that are arranged parallel to each other and are configured to receive and store cartridges in an end-to-end orientation. A first end of the body has a cartridge opening through which cartridges can be loaded into and unloaded from the charger and a receiver insert shaped to fit into a receiver of the firearm. The movable internal diverter is positioned in the body and extends at least partway between the first and second cartridge holding areas to separate the first and second cartridge holding areas from each other. The advancing member is accessible from an exterior of the body and has an engaging member extending within the body and configured to contact a cartridge in one of the first and second cartridge holding areas. The advancing member is movable toward the first end in an advancement direction to urge cartridges from a selected one of the first and second cartridge holding areas and out of the cartridge opening, and in a reverse direction toward a second end of the body to withdraw the engaging member and move the internal diverter so that the engaging member is aligned with the other of the first and second holding areas.

Embodiments of the invention provide for automating data flow and reporting processes connected with administrate image returns to a financial institution with multiple image processing sites. A computer-implemented method of processing a cash letter file identifying returned items includes obtaining an identifier for a processing site for each item identified in the cash letter file. A separate report corresponding to each processing site as indicated by the identifier is assembled. The report lists each returned item for the processing site. Each separate report is forwarded to each processing site to enable the processing site to re-process just the returned items specific to the processing site. Provision is also made for automatically updated stored ledger information based on a cash letter settlement table.
