摘要： A method of preparing 2-deoxy-L-ribose represented by the following formula I is disclosed. The preparation method includes the steps of : treating L-arabinose with an alcohol solvent in the presence of an acid to prepare 1-alkoxy-L- arabinopyranose; allowing the prepared 1-alkoxy-L- arabinopyranose to react with acyl chloride so as to prepare l-alkoxy-2, 3, 4-triacyl-L-arabinopyranose; brominating the alkoxy group of the prepared l-alkoxy-2, 3, 4-triacyl-L- arabinopyranose to prepare a l-bromo-2, 3, 4-triacyl compound; allowing the prepared compound to react with zinc in the presence of ethyl acetate and an organic base so as to prepare glycal; treating the glycal with an alcohol solvent in the presence of an acid to prepare l-alkoxy-2-deoxy-3, 4- diacyl-L-ribopyranose; treating the prepared l-alkoxy-2- deoxy-3, 4-diacyl-L-ribopyranose with a base to prepare 1- alkoxy-2-deoxy-L-ribopyranose; and hydrolyzing the prepared l-alkoxy-2-deoxy-L-ribopyranose in the presence of an acid catalyst.

摘要： The present invention relates to a novel process for preparing (R)-3,4-epoxy-1-butanol in particular, a process for preparing (R)-3,4-epoxy-1-butanol with relatively high yield and in a cost-effective manner, wherein (S)-3-alkyl or arylsulfonyloxy-butyrolactone used as a starting material is reduced under a mild condition to give 2-alkyl or arylsulfonyloxy-1,4-butanediol as an intermediate, and the intermediate is then epoxidized in the presence of a base to invert a chiral center.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for preparing optically pure 3-hydroxy-pyrrolidine, more particularly to a novel method for preparing 3-hydroxy-pyrrolidine economically, conveniently and efficiently, by reacting optically active 3,4-epoxy-1-butanol with ammonia and an aldehyde compound to prepare 4-protected-imino-butane-1,3-diol, selectively activating a hydroxy group at C-1 and then converting an imino group to an amine group by acid simultaneously or consecutively and performing intramolecular cyclization in the presence of a base.
