摘要： A wall integrable multisensory therapy device for securement in a wall of a room dedicated for physiological therapeutic treatment is described. The device has a convection conduit with a bottom air intake and a top air outlet. A blower is secured between the inlet port and outlet port to heat air convected therethrough. Associated with the convection conduit is a front panel incorporating therein audio speakers and two different light sources, one being a white light source and the other being a colored light source. The white light source provides a luminotherapeutic sensation and the colored light source provides a chromotherapeutic sensation. The heated air provides a thermotherapeutic sensation. An aromatic liquid dispenser is also associated with the front panel provides an aromatherapeutic sensation. An audio transmitter equipped with speakers provides for a relaxing sensation of hearing to a user person. A control module is associated with a data processor which is programmed to generate combinations of these treatments some being adjustable in intensity levels and all having time adjustment capabilities, as programmed for selection by the user person.

摘要： There is described a computer-implemented method for evaluating a living environment having a plurality of elements therein, the method comprising: presenting, via a user interface, a first series of questions, the questions being divided into at least three first categories, each first category having at least one question associated thereto, each question having a plurality of answers with varying weights associated thereto, each first category corresponding to an aspect of the living environment; storing in a memory received answers for the first series of questions; and using a processor for: calculating, for each first category, a score as a function of received answers and associated weights; positioning the score for each first category as a point on a corresponding axis in a first multi-dimensional coordinate system, the intersection of all axes representing a score of 100% and each axis having progressively decreasing values extending from the intersection; creating a surface in the first multi-dimensional coordinate system by joining the points on each axis together, the size and shape of the surface representing a degree to which each aspect of the environment is met; and outputting the surface to the user interface.

摘要： An electromagnetic treatment system and method of use in combination with a bathtub or shower enclosure (10, 30) (and preferably, but not exclusively, a therapeutic type enclosure provided with a therapeutic device to subject a user person to a therapeutic treatment, as well as an electromagnetic treatment. The electromagnetic treatment system comprises an electromagnetic coil (16) attached to an outside surface (14') of the wall (15) of the therapeutic enclosure and surrounds a space (25, 31) in the enclosure where a user person is disposed to undergo an electromagnetic treatment. A pulsating voltage generator (20) is connected to the electromagnetic coil (16) for generating a pulsating electromagnetic about the coil. The electromagnetic field (21) is oriented relative to the space (25, 31). A control circuit (22) controls the generator (20) and a remote control (26), which is secured to the therapeutic enclosure and accessible to a user person, actuates the generator through the control circuit.
