摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Steuerungsverfahren zum Klimatisieren eines Raumes. Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Klimaentwicklung (PKD) in dem Raum unter Berücksichtigung des klimatischen Verhaltens des Raumes, von Wettervorhersagedaten und von Lastprofildaten berechnet. Sodann wird zwischen der prognostizierten Klimaentwicklung und einem Sollklima (SKD), das während eines Zielzeitraums (T) in dem Raum gewünscht ist, eine Abweichung (AW) berechnet. In Abhängigkeit dieser Abweichung (AE) wird vor dem Zielzeitraum (T) in der Raumhülle und/oder in einem Rauminhaltselement unter Nutzung des Außenklimas ein Wert eines bestimmten Klimaparameters verändert, so dass der prognostizierten Abweichung vorausschauend und kostengünstig entgegengewirkt wird.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for providing a medical instant aid or emergency service, and in particular to a method for providing an optimized, centrally controlled instant aid service which offers to the patient the best possible medical care or treatment depending on his/her current position. Said method comprises the following steps: transmitting an ID of the patient to a control centre; localising the patient's current position; getting available information about the patient's current state of health; retrieving medical institutions, for example hospitals and/or physician's practices and/or available emergency services, in the vicinity of the patient's current position; providing a case manager with the patient's electronic medical record(s) (EMR) and/or the drug status; providing the case manager with directives and/or instructions and/or authorizations directed by the patient; deciding which of the medical institutions retrieved provides the best possible aid for the patient, based on the information retrieved in the foregoing steps; contacting the best possible medical institution(s); transmitting the necessary information selected, in consideration of the information gotten about the patient's current state of health, from the EMR to the medical institution(s) contacted.
