    • The invention relates to a machining apparatus (1), characterised in that said apparatus comprises a digitally controlled machine tool (3), a unit (5) for supplying raw material to be machined, which unit is arranged upstream of said digitally controlled machine tool (3), a robotized device (9) for transferring the machined parts at the outlet of said machine tool (3), which device is arranged downstream of said machine tool (3), at least one buffer storage space (11), at least one unit (13) for monitoring the machined parts at the outlet of said machine tool (3), the buffer storage space (11) and the unit (13) for monitoring the machined parts being arranged in the range of said robotized transfer device (9), and a control unit (15) connected to said unit (13) for monitoring the machined parts, to said machine tool (3) and to the robotized transfer device (9), said control unit (15) being designed to control the transfer of the machined parts by the robotized transfer device (9) to said buffer storage space (11), to control the transfer of a machined part by the robotized transfer device (9) from said buffer storage space (11) to said unit (13) for monitoring the machined parts, to modify at least one machining parameter of said machine tool (3) on the basis of a fault in a machined part which is recorded by said unit (13) for monitoring the machined parts, and to move the machined parts from the buffer storage space (11) according to a measurement result from said monitoring unit (13) to a final storage space or to a waste storage space.
