The mother shopping mall is a shopping mall directly managed by a mother company and is able to be additionally transformed and distributed into the daughter shopping mall, wherein the settlement of a structure, a shape and an item of the mother shopping mall can be changed freely. The daughter shopping mall is a shopping mall distributed from the mother shopping mall, wherein the settlement of a structure, a shape and an item of the daughter shopping mall can be changed freely. Also, the daughter shopping mall is converted into the mother shopping mall, making it possible to form a individual shopping mall network. Thereby, a business model that can be managed in an international network type virtual company system can be provided.
