摘要： A protection cap for plants which grow heightwise and which are stayed by means of supports such as stakes, posts and the like, particularly tomato plants, comprises a tubular sheet provided with slot-like openings of which one end may be fixed to the stay and the other end to the ground. As known protection caps do not allow to regulate water penetration, the present protection cap is comprised of a tubular sheet (2) presenting scale-shaped or V slots (7). When said slots (7) are arranged in rows, the slots (7) of adjacent rows being offset with respect to each other, it is possible to open them by removing the sheet, either manually or during the growth of the plant. Due to the particular construction of the protection cap, the tongues (8) situated between the sides of the V slots or the scales of the scale-shaped slots bend over always outwardly. Depending on the way the sheet is used, that it to say whether the tongues or the scales are orientated upwardly or downwardly, the penetration of flowing water into the protection cap is prevented or the water is directed to the interior of the cap.

摘要： A process for manufacturing a plastic film with openings is characterized in that a film made of a crystalline or partly crystalline plastic is slit, and the slit film is stretched in one direction to several times its initial dimension. The plastic is a polyolefin. The resultant process for obtaining a plastic film with openings can be used to manufacture a high-strength, possibly even thinner packaging film. In a process for packaging goods with this packaging film, the film is wrapped under tension and extension around the goods to be packaged. At least one layer of the film is wrapped around the goods to be packaged, and curved ridges of the top layer project from the plane of the film and engage in equally curved ridges of the underlying layer of film.

摘要： A multilayer insulating body (1) comprises at least two outer layers (2, 3) of which the surfaces are bound at least partially one to the other. An intermediate layer (5) containing textile fibres (4) is arranged between the two outer layers (2, 3). The two outer layers (2, 3) are bound, particularly welded to each other by portions of their surface at binding points (6). At said binding points, the insulating body assembly (1) may have openings (7), particularly slots. Thereby, an insulating body (1) acting as thermal insulation may be obtained, due to the intermediate layer (5) containing the fibres (4), which fibres (4) may also be isolated from gases and moisture of the environment. Furthermore, the insulating body (1) may be, as a whole, gas- and liquid-tight, independently of the slots (7).
