摘要： The invention pertains to a snowboard binding with a bottom base part (1) that can be mounted on the snowboard. Set on this base part (1), preferably at the rear, is a highback (3). In the front instep region there is on each side a hinged element (4) whose pivot axis (A1) runs in the longitudinal direction of the binding or boot. The hinged elements (4) are connected to the strap elements (5, 6) and are formed in such a way that when the boot is placed in the binding the hinge elements (4) come into contact with and are pivoted inward by the boot.
